It means that people from all over the world are gathered in New York, but they are not as easily assimilated as they used to be. It tastes like New York, but it tastes like it.

This meaning is reflected in the design into color and fabric stitching, mashups, common styles made with unusual fabrics, and a bundled connection made with a streamer.
