President of Textile Chamber of Commerce Cao Jiachang met with deputy mayor of Shaoxing Chen Dehong and his party

On the afternoon of June 26, President Cao Jiachang met with visiting deputy mayor of Shaoxing City, Chen Dehong, and Director of the Bureau of Commerce, Huang Xurong, at the Chamber of Commerce.

Vice Mayor Chen first introduced the current situation of the development of Shaoxing textile and garment industry. Shaoxing's textile and garment industry is the basic industry, accounting for about 60% of total export trade. The industrial chain including fabrics, clothing and socks has been completed, and many well-known trading markets such as Keqiao Textile City have been formed. Vice Mayor Chen hopes to build an international procurement platform through the Chamber of Commerce to help Shaoxing enterprises to better go out . At the same time, there are many small and medium-sized enterprises in Shaoxing, and the risk prevention and control capabilities are weak. I hope that the Chamber of Commerce can provide legal services.

President Cao gave a detailed introduction to the various exhibitions and docking events that the Chamber of Commerce is currently organizing and participating in in major export destination countries, and invited Shaoxing business departments and enterprises to actively participate. President Cao said that the Chamber of Commerce has extensive experience in cooperating with local governments to build a platform. In the future, it can be combined with the actual situation of Shaoxing industry and practiced on the basis of integrating existing resources.

The two sides agreed to carry out all-round cooperation in various fields including enterprise going global, foreign trade market development, Chinese and foreign enterprises docking platform construction, and legal training including trade relief.
