Rieter introduces new ring spinning machines and compact spinning machines

The new ring spinning machines and compact spinning machines offer high productivity and excellent production flexibility to meet the customized solutions of any customer's requirements while saving a lot of energy. However, which models are best suited for these models, and what are the advantages of the new models?

Rieter further upgraded its range of spinning products: the new ring spinning machines G 37 and G 38 and the new compact spinning machines K 47 and K 48. In addition to this, there are also ring spinning machines G 32 and compact spinning machines K 42 that have been introduced to the market.

8 Series – High Performance Model

The G 38 and K 48 are particularly suitable for the shortage of the operator, as well as for the market where production flexibility and yarn quality are very high. Customers of the 8 Series have the highest level of automation and production performance.

The G 38 and K 48 come standard with an electronic drafting system that drives FLEXIdraft. This unit minimizes downtime due to changing yarn counts, maximizing production time. In addition, the two models also incorporate an upgraded single spindle monitoring system (ISM Premium). As a result, customers can save about 5% of labor costs compared to G 32 and K 42.

The G 38 and K 48 use a double-sided suction, and the machine concept has the advantage of being able to process all the fibers in a complete vehicle without any restrictions. Thanks to the integrated VARIOspin slub yarn system, customers can switch between plain yarn and slub yarn with the push of a button.

7 Series – Multi-Functional Expert

The G 37 and K 47 models are designed for the market where there is not a shortage of gear operators, but which have high requirements for spinning flexibility and yarn quality. They offer customers a high degree of production flexibility, the ability to process a wide range of fibers and produce specialty yarns.

The 7 Series models are also equipped with an electronic drafting system to drive FLEXIdraft for maximum production time. Both models come standard with the basic version of the single spindle monitoring system (ISM Basic), which means customers can save about 3% of labor costs compared to the G 32 and K 42.

Other advantages of the new model

K 47 and K 48 with a new filter drum, so that, in addition to cotton customer, but also containing polyester blended yarn spinning and yarn 100% viscose. One of the key features of the new K model is the unmatched low-concentration energy consumption: less than 1 watt per spindle, only 20% of other solutions.

Four new models can be upgraded to new LENA spindles and 110 kW high-efficiency motors to further enhance energy savings. The Elite® Compact Spinning System is an option for the production of high quality compact yarns that can be installed on three ring spinning machines G 32, G 37 and G 38.
